• Familiar with various design, architectural patterns & Microsoft SQL Server (Must) & Experience with popular web application frameworks(MVC).
• Familiarity with Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for WeboDesk products, with the experience ranging from 3-4 years. This position will be based out of our Hubli or Bangalore office. This person will be responsible for handling WeboDesk products and other analytics projects.

Job Description:

• Represent Uniphore and be the face of organization in front of the customers
• Drive customer business requirements workshops
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to interview, research, analyze, and derive business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the solution. This will be done through business Requirement Documents, High-Level Design Documents, Software Requirement Specifications, Functional Specification Documents, Data and Process Flow Charts, and Functional Test Case documentation as applicable
• Coordinate overall solution delivery with the Implementation/Professional Services Team
• Make solution presentation, highlight core value proposition of Uniphore’s solution
• Closely participate in the design, configuration, and testing to ensure design/solution integrity
• Influence and contribute to Uniphore’s product road-map
• Perform periodic quality checks, data/results analysis, prepare and present business insights reports to customer/business stakeholders

Technical/Job Skills

• Experience with a proven track record as a business Analyst in customer enterprise/mobile applications.
• Experience in Contact Center, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience in defining customer requirements from both business and technology perspectives.
• Ability to understand and interact with Technically-Oriented team members.
• Ability to interact with Internal and External Customers to interpret solution requirements.
• Business Analytics, Data Analytics Knowledge with exposure to various BI/Reporting tools is a desirable skill.
